So once again Hypocrites was right we should let food by our medicine and medicine be our food. We all need these amazing polyphenols more than ever, and we need to have the whole variety to get the best protection. Frozen berries are great for the dark colours but the best way to get top protection is to take a whole food supplement with a great variety as a foundation and to bridge the gap in what we do actually  eat every day.
